HUBRs (pronounced as hubris)

Certain unusual background requests are classified highly unusual, and only at max one of these are granted a week.

Highly unusual background requests are a safety net implemented for UBRs. They serve two purposes. On the one hand, they limit the number of extremely outlandish characters who enter the server. On the other hand, they allow a chance of approval for UBRs that would normally be outright denied. Unlike UBRs, a HUBR is voted upon by at least three members of the active staff, and only one is approved per week. The others are either denied or moved to the next week for further consideration.

Currently Consider as HUBRs

• Unusual genders outside of Male or Female (as a note, this not meant to be unfriendly to the transgendered community, just want to avoid influxes).
  
• Half to full outsiders - Celestials, Demons, Devils, Etc. (Note: Half-blooded or less Native Outsiders, born on this plane, are simply UBRs. Standard Planetouched races or standard races with heritage feat do not require a UBR unless something like wings or tails are being requested.
