Can you alter my existing bio/hair color/race/alignment/etc.?

No the DMs will not do this. Our policy is to leave all character files unchanged after the character has been created. Certain in game mechanisms are available to allow players to change some of these, alignment at the Brazier of Nine Flames, for example. The brazier will also allow you to delete your char and rebuild (doesn't erase the RP however, please understand this as use this, it's bad RP to have your character to suddenly change with no explanation).

I lost gold/experience/items in a server crash. Can I get them back?

Sadly, we do not reimburse characters for lost gold, experience, or items. This includes items lost during a server crash. While we sympathize greatly, server policy is inflexible on this issue. Your character is saved when you Rest; we encourage you to Rest often in game, particularly after making any transactions.

How can I get a Tiefling tail or Aasimar wings?

Certain approved modifications can be made at the avatar mini-golem, in customs. Teifling and Aasimar wings, Dragon Disciple wings at Level 9, Teifling tails.

DM's can grant tokens to allow others to be eligible for such modifications on the golem.

Tails and wings are added as a reward for good RP. The adding process is time-consuming, though, and we do not always have the time to process the requests received. Please be patient with the process and continue to RP your best at all times.

What if something got completely cocked-up due to something a DM or builder put into the server, and I'm very polite about requesting assistance in fixing my BIC?

Maybe. If you're really, really nice about it, and patient, and not cranky if it takes "too long." Only ask KEMO, and ask via PM. All other avenues will either be ignored or forgotten about.
