Incident - Bared Weapon & Assault
Arresting or Attending Officer: Karisaii Lee Ni'Domnisse
Suspects: *Desription of Evut (evutgadol), under the effect of the Reduce Person spell.*
Charges: Carrying a weapon in town, assault.
Location: Sharessia, near the docks by the sign.
Witnesses: Karisaii, Clasalvia Eyllisanea
Summary of Situation/Events: Clasalvia and I were conversing by the Welcome to Sharessia Sign by the docks, when someone fitting the description provided above, approached us under the effects of the Reduce Person spell.
Suspects: *Desription of Evut (evutgadol), under the effect of the Reduce Person spell.*
Charges: Carrying a weapon in town, assault.
Location: Sharessia, near the docks by the sign.
Witnesses: Karisaii, Clasalvia Eyllisanea
Summary of Situation/Events: Clasalvia and I were conversing by the Welcome to Sharessia Sign by the docks, when someone fitting the description provided above, approached us under the effects of the Reduce Person spell.
Incident Report
Three issues today:
1. A human in heavy armor was parading in town carrying a greatsword like a banner before him. Told him to put it away, was ignored, so I followed him to the Inn repeating the command several times. Caught up inside, where he had put away the sword. I repeated that carrying weapons in town was illegal.He replied he wasn't carrying one - I pointed out he had all the way from the docks. I told him I needed his name for my report, explaining I was a provisional guard. He said it was Ezrel. He asked what the report was for, and I told him.

Accused: Evangeline Jeris, a blonde hin with her hair up in a ponytail and the ponytail done in looped braids. Elli, hin in a black robe and hood.
All witnesses attest to the fact that one Evangeline Jeris, cast Flame Twin, a rare item spell that creates an enflamed twin of the caster. The Flame Twin then set fire to, and destroyed a bench.
Time of Incident: RT=5:44pm
Witnesses: Wyndall Ni'Domnisse, Faer'diirn De'lyl, Tathlyn Kir'en'this

Charges: bearing weapon (exposed) in town, refusing to remove / hide /
get rid of said weapon, whilst in town.
Location: In front of Black pearl apartment complex (first near the
gathering spot/ and the marketstall
Witnesses: Willow (Lillium) , Wyndall, Mathard Fynolt +others I failed to
reckognize
Summary of Situation/Events: Was in a discussion with Mat(hard Fynolt)
just outside the Blackpearl Apts.
Suspects: Servant Nazrin Val'hallah, kisftw
Charges: bearing weapon (exposed) in town, refusing to remove / hide /
get rid of said weapon, whilst in town.

Report: Murder
I am reporting that today I was attacked without provocation by The Enclave Slave Angel Becca. I was unarmed and mining when she attacked and killed me. I was able to draw my mace, but never got a spell off. I was found by Casavir and he resurrected me or I would not be here to make this report. I wish to prosecute to the fullest extent of the Law.

Complaint about Rivark
I wish to make a formal complaint about Rivark and his slanderous comments in the Sharessian forge this morning. He pointed out a notice made by Kiansai to hire a male, suitable to act as her bodyguard. I can vouch for Lord Falerin's manhood and I know Kiansai is a most loyal and trustworthy slave.
Quote from Rivark :A public statement of Falerin. He claims his lack of confidence in his manhood and his lack of trust of the loyaulty his other pet female.
I know this statement is slanderous and an act of harassment.

Pressing formal charge against Falerin
I, Thayan Knight Rivark Baleth, fill a formal charge against Falerin.
I was in Sharessia near Harl's store when Falerin assaulted me verbally.
He threatened me to death for unknown reason.

No charges - just a notice to observe
Time: early evening of the 1st of this month
When I entered the square by the benches and welcome sign, I observed a female, invisible, pantsing people. I made it clear I could see her and pointed out that was rude behavior. Once she was visible she wandered over by the boats and behaved a while. ((Describes Connie Aylomen - MadarSar)): a tailed tiefling in black clothing with metallic elements and a blindfold.
Squire Thormod said he had tied a bell around her ankle to warn people of her presence, but she vanished and returned without it. She also spoke insultingly to a drow to get her name. I warned that was possible harrassment. During this period, she vanished from sight completely twice - not something I am used to since I can see invisiblity and ethereal states ((either OOC or a shadowdancer or a super something with high level HIPS)).
The drow was named, by herself, as Galla Du'Kei. No one wished to press charges or complain. But this individual may need watching.
