The city of Mithuth is a small Underdark outpost created in the spirit of Skullport, the primary trade partner of House Tza'dorin. It can only be reached via a small boat, given the small size of the caverns leading to the city's port, and a myriad of formidable traps are placed throughout the surrounding tunnels. To even enter by boat one must sail directly through an illusory wall, a trick passed down from a wizard who resides in Skullport. Coupled with the remote location of the underground complex, access is nigh impossible without a detailed map or a guide, such as a boatswain. Furthermore, potent magic protects certain parts of the city from magical scrying and entry from most sources, most notably the House of Tza'dorin itself.
House Tza'dorin rules the accessible section of the Underdark near Kortuga, led by the self-proclaimed 'Crimson Queen,' Shena'la Tza'dorin. The House rarely exercises any real power over the city though, leaving it to the inhabitants to do with as they please. The house of Tza'dorin itself is locked off to outsiders, though the rest of the city is open.
Mithuth is all but lawless, left to be ruled by anyone with the muscle to claim dominance. Majestic cavern-dwelling gardens thrive in Mithuth, and ornate statues dot the central cavern, which is constantly aglow with vibrantly colored light magic. The outpost has almost all the amenities one might expect of a populated area, from a bank and tailor to a roaring forge for smithy work.
Everyone, drow or other, is expected to follow the few rules of House Tza'dorin, the only formal authority within an otherwise chaotic outpost without government. Punishment for breaking these few laws is brutal.

Shenala Tzadorin
Self-titled 'Valsharess' (queen) of Mithuth, a cavernous Underdark city below the Haven Isles. Shenala was born into a noble house in an unknown Underdark city. She is a vocal advocate of dark elven supremacy and promotes mixing drow bloodlines with that of dragons and demons.
Aged somewhere between 500 and 600 years, Shenala rose to power after being freed from centuries of slavery, by none other than Telron Elvenforge. How she fell from nobility into slavery is unknown.
