A notice to announce the change in Haven Law in regard to servants in the realm.

After extensive renegotiation with several of our foreign and trade treaties, the Viceroy has been able to allow Servants of the Crown to be become free persons under certain circumstances and frequency.

The crown will, from time to time, choose an especially deserving servant and give them freeperson status. (A prerequisite is one that does not bother Viceroy for his/her freedom.)

Kaldo Tyranov has been freed under the condition of said treaties.

The crown also frees Lan al' Ashan, once bodyguard to Queen Ilsa and hero of Haven's drow war. A freeman who became a slave for love is now freed. ((Player is off playing hero in the Middle east, last I heard.))
