~An official notice placed in various places around Kortuga including the Silver Dagger and the Forced March~
I have been notified by Margrave Thyateira Eryahu of two changes to come to Kortuga.
Firstly will be the arrival shortly of one Zara Chermosk who will be Magistrate on behalf of the Margrave within the March.
Secondly will be an adjustment of the manumission fee for Kortugan slaves to a flat one hundred thousand gold. This will still be subject to the authorisation of the Margrave or her appointed officials.
