I think I've fixed several misconfigurations regarding groups.

One is I needed to grant "Administer Groups" permissions to "Authenticated Users" to allow you to mark a node (being a wikipage or forum topic) as Public.

This should allow you to create wiki "definition" pages for your group, similar to the one I just did for the Arcanist Guild.

Secondly on public forums, I found I needed to manage the forum (under Group Details, reset it's publicity ("reset publicity") and then "make public" again. New topics should be set public after that.

Old topics need to manually edited... to do this you can click on the groups section below the content text area and select the "public" checkbox that appears (and then save).

You should see the warning block at the top of the page, just above the first post if the forum topic is properly public.

Public is still viewable to anonymous users at this time.
