I'm going to say this as simply as i can.

Depending on character class/classes the level of obtaining the auto-quicken 0-1 and up varies. For me because of my characters' classes its usually level 27.

the prerequisite for these auto-quicken feats are as follows:

1.at least character level 21
2.need quicken spell feat
3.ability to cast 9th level spells <- this is the weirdness for my character as you will see
4.need a base spellcraft of 30 ("base" not "total")

at level 26 i meet all prerequisites for this except for one, the spellcraft, as i only have spellcraft 29 (base score) so i click "level up"
then put in my points giving myself another point in spellcraft bringing it up from 29 to 30. Now with this i should now qualify for the auto-quicken spell 0-1 feat. Well, it isnt available . hmm...?????

so i think..."lets choose a random feat and see if it'll let me choose another feat afterward". I try this and "NO" so i click cancel.

then i think, "hmm, maybe i should randomly choose another class" i know this makes no sense but i try it anyway. It works, after choosing a radom class and putting in my points , the auto-quicken is there to choose as a feat. ????? what??????

I click "cancel" again then try my original class, again. nope not available. ??? what??? this makes no sense , since i qualify for the feat either way.

I decide to accept the other class so i can obtain the feat i want. Then at looking my character over , i see that i can no longer cast 9th level spells. ????what????? now i have no 9th level spells but yet i can still have the auto-quicken feat. something's really messed up here.

any ideas?
