The above written articles cover the actual laws within the kingdom as defined by the powers that be (the powers that allow/deny). They define what is and is not a crime, and are not open for debate within this article. These are set in stone only updated when the necessary individuals find need to do so.
Introduction
There has been a great deal of debate concerning actual crime within the kingdom of Haven as a whole. As such this article is being produced in an attempt to clear the air of confusion and uncertainty. This article will contain useful information about crimes themselves and possible reactions/results of said crimes as well as information you may wish to know before committing crimes.
Laws of Sharessia
Jurisdiction of the City of Sharessia is the city proper, and additionally Sunbright Isle.
The initial area of the docks up to the Harbormaster's station is considered special, and Sharessian warrants and the bared weapon laws are not enforced as a courtesy towards travelers.
All Laws of Haven apply here.
Citizens, servants and visitors of the City of Sharessia are expected to behave themselves at all times. Certain behaviors are unacceptable:

The Kingdom of Haven is comprised of several jurisdictions.
March of Kortuga and Earldom of Harts are fiefdoms of the Kingdom. Thayan Enclave exists due to a treaty with the Kingdom. Mithuth is an underdark outpost that is tolerated as a trading waypoint with Skullport, and a refuge for those who cannot tolerate the company of goodly folk.

((Doing some changes on the jurisdictions and laws on the server. There will be less no man's lands. People should get used to thinking of the Kingdom of Haven being the whole server, Kortuga and Harts as Royal Fiefdoms, and Sharessia as the Capital. Knights of Thorn are the new Royal Guard. Enforcing this law outside of the local authorities. This is up for public comment, but civility is requested. As a note the Wardens are no longer considered a guard force. - Bar))
