Szlera, slithering of a snake
*written in the language of the Yuan-ti native to Chult, with a handwriting characterized by a lethargic style, any Common names in the journal seems to have been translated directly to the corresponding word in her own language.*
Urgh… what in the blazing hells was I doing yesterday?
I remember drinking at the Dagger with the charming little tiefer from House Young, I don’t think I have the letters necessary to reproduce the odd sounds of the scaleless’ names so I’ll have to omit those until I learn the Common alphabet.
I vaguely remember speaking to their bouncer as well… one of them had to go, was it before or after I elaborated some of my more lecherous escapades? I can’t honestly remember, was having a good time though… Judging from my hangover today, I had a bloody great time.

Journal of Telron Elvenforge, Lord Viceroy of the Kingdom of Haven
The sea... lovely for a day or two, but driving me mad being away. Not even on my ship. This day trip ending up much longer than I expected. A quick portal trip to Waterdeep, running into the great sage who calls in the favor owed to him for the help figuring out how to close the rift. A trip to Neverwinter and then Luskan and a near death experience later... ah well returning now. A pity I have no access to a gate back. I envy Elminster's gate network.
